Led by Director of Youth Ross Johnson, Centre of Excellence Manager Chris Beech, and Youth Team Manager Chris Casper, the current coaching team has been in place for over two years; in that time, the Centre has made huge strides, and will continue to do so as facilities improve and the strength of the department grows.

The club has achieved great success under the current regieme, bringing through a number of players that have gone on to make an impact at first team level, as well as securing success for the youth team as they won the Umbro Isotonic Youth Alliance League Division Three in 2003/04.
